Thing 1 - My 19 year old daughter who has driven me crazy for years but might be finally accepting the idea that she needs her mother more than previously thought. She's a tattoo loving, artistic, beautiful young woman whom I admire and adore.
Thing 2 - My 15 year old son, the baby of the family. He is anti-Thing 1, high achieving, and wonderfully funny. As the baby of the family, he gets all of the breaks and very little flak.
More pets than any one family should have including 4 cats, three dogs, and the fish and turtles weeed in our backyard pond.
